An applicant will be eligible to apply if:
- it is a local business holding valid business registration certificate;
- it is a business with primary focus on animation production;
- it meets the requirements as listed in the following table.
Note: A limited number of quotas for Tier 2 and Tier 3 will be open to companies or directors who have participated in the same category of past editions of support program.
