A household story in classical Chinese literature presented from a brand new perspective.
Tang Sanzang and his disciples are on their usual way to the West for the scriptures. They walk their usual path and pass by the home of acromantulas, who as usual are hungry for the flesh of Sanzang.
What is unusual is that the group of men are chilling at the lake. When the news reaches the acromantulas, they rush there to catch Sanzang for his flesh. But Sanzang and his disciples easily free themselves from the traps, tie the acromantulas up and take them back to their cave.
Making use of the ingredients on site, Sanzang opens the eyes of the acromantulas by teaching them how to appreciate vegetarian food.
