Applicants are required to submit their application together with proposal, and related documents (including: full list of key production team members and their CVs, business registration certificate on or before the deadline of submission (9 June 2014). Applications received will be given a reference number and acknowledgements will be sent to applicants.
Applications will be assessed on creativity, content originality, and capability of animation production etc.. Short-listed applicants will be invited to an interview.
External members will be invited as panel judges to evaluate the applications, including animation professional teachers from local tertiary institutions, professional animators and experts, and representatives of related trade associations.
The Secretariat Office will notify the applicant of the vetting result within 2 months from the deadline of application.
The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region provides funding support to the project only, and does not otherwise take part in the project.
